Tax amount on HMRC different from accountant's calculation

Hi, 2021-2022 was my first year working as a freelancer, so I am now submitting my first self assessment and paying tax.
My accountant submitted my self assessment for 2021-2022 yesterday and sent me a screenshot of the submission page to show that it's all gone through. They also told me how much I should be paying in tax. However, when I check my government Gateway account, it is showing a different amount of money I need to pay.
My income after expenses was quite low, and I opted for the Marriage Allowance as well. My accountant said I would now have to pay £236.40, but the HMRC page shows an amount of £187.60. I am unsure why these numbers would be different. Am I fine to simply pay the £187.60, as that's what HMRC are showing? I am worried about paying too little and getting a fine.
Getting in contact with HMRC is almost impossible, so I thought I would check on here. Thanks for the advice.

Contact your accountants... its what you are paying them for and they have an easier way to contact HMRC0

Yes, check with your accountant. One possibility is that you and your accountant have used different starting dates for your business, which leads to a different figure for the class 2 NIC liability.0

Is it also possible that the accountant has allowed for a 'payment on account' against next tax year whereas HMRC has not? Again, something to ask your accountant ...Signature removed for peace of mind0
