Packlink are not fit for purpose. If you were to dream up a totally useless company that cannot get the basics correct and are unaccountable, this is it.

Packlink is an online shipping service offering individuals and eCommerce merchants a fast and easy way of booking parcel deliveries with the world's top couriers.'
Would somebody from Packlink please contact me, not a bot, and convince me why I should ever use them again.

This board is just a discussion board and has no connection to either Packlink or eBay. If you want to contact Packlink you will have to go through their channels. However, with several hundred thousand users I doubt that they will spend any time at all convincing you to use them.

I agree that Packlink do have some issues especially on occasions where an item gets lost, but I would say the same about many couriers when they are used directly. 

If you prefer not to use Packlink then even with eBay you can go direct to Royal Mail or any courier of your choice.
