Supported Living, Pre Paid Cards

Hi
My brother recently moved into a supported living placement and he requires a prepaid card so I can issue monies on there for his activities. He does not have a bank account & I manage his money.
The question I have is the prepaid credit cards Ive seen usually have a age limit on them so are child focussed, or if I apply then the card has my name on it so is there another option? Ideally it would have his name on it..... This would be mainly for his carers to access on a daily basis, and Id be able to track and add money when needed.
Thanks!!

Hello Simples
I have friends who suggested a tesco prepaid card for me.. free to clubcard members and can be used like a normal debit card.
I have yet to look into it properly but am looking at getting one for my carers/pa's to use for my shopping as it seems fewer and fewer places take cash now. So is great for asking them to grab me a coffee when out or some shopping.0 -
I've been using a pre-paid debit card from Transferwise to allow my Home Help/PA to shop for me when I can't get out. It means I don't have to put her in the awkward position of operating my bank accounts or knowing my pins which the banks don't allow in the T&Cs (am not sure, but it might nullify your consumer protection or at least provide the bank with an excuse NOT to help/refund if the account holder is defrauded by someone later on). So far 1 year+ and no problems other than being forced to use it like online banking - I try to remember to check the balance once a week, topping it up where necessary, and if there are any problems there is a full record of the transactions online should you need to review them later. If you think reality makes sense, you're just not paying attention!2
