Hi I'm hoping someone can help and with next steps. I am writing this on behalf of my son. He and his girlfriend Have applied for a mortgage but it was rejected as my son's credit score was bad. He has always had a great score but in may this year we found out someone had taken 3 accounts out under his name with O2 an Tesco. Tesco was sorted very quickly but 02 despite them sending letter after letter went on for a while eventually they stopped after several phonecalls from my son and agreed it was fraud. Unfortunately these 3 debts totally over £1000 of unpaid bills have stayed on his credit karma report. We know it will be too late for his imminent mortgage but how do we go about getting this cleared off his credit score and get his score back up. Also does this take long as they are currently looking to buy a house and need the mortgage asap? Thank you for any help/advise you can give.

The suppliers have to remove the data about his account.
Has he phoned why they haven't done this?
He then makes a complaint to that institution2 -
I was going to state as above.
The cos need to get their act togehter as your son has been a victim of a crime that has cost him time, worry.
Now, because of the companies fault they still have not put the records straight
Get on to them A-Sap.
Thanks1
