I must congratulate all YBS staff for their prompt service to open my ISA account.
I applied 'on-line' for the account and posted my signed application form with opening cheque on 7-6-05,
YBS acknowledged that my account was opened on 14-6-05 with 'on-line' access to my account.
That's what you call service.

They have obviously improved then, I applied on 06/04/05 for an online I.S.A. and I still hadn't heard anything 2 weeks later. With tax free interest slipping away on a daily basis, I was forced to go elsewhere.0
