The only rule is that you cannot apply for more than £500 credit without letting the lender know you are insolvent - this is stated in the DRO paperwork, and unless you are paying for a handset, a mobile phone contract m is paying a service, not taking our credit. So if the provider accepts you, you should be fine.0 -

It`s highly likely you will be declined though.
