Uhome LFP 2400 Voltage Falling Under No Load Conditions

Can you share details about the battery firmware upgrade and the cable?  I have some new uhome 2400 and some old ones, but the old ones don't seem to want to register in the new app.  Infinity won't speak to me direct, and the installer wants to charge me £100 to come out and update the firmware with a device.  I thought the network connection was so firmware could be updated remotely?

Yes I'm happy to send you the kit, instructions and memory stick. So the firmware, for the old style batteries, was provided by infinity Jan 2024. I have used it successfully, so have others I have sent the equipment too aswell. Once the firmware update, it seems that the old batteries can then be added to your stack in the app and you get the same info you already see for your new batteries. I've never known the firmware for uhomes be updated OTA. You can DM me with your address etc. At present I don't have the equipment, it's with Ian Atkin, he's on this forum so will see this post. I think I'm done with the kit now, so I can send it straight on if one of you sends me the address, or I can return it and then you can send it on, either is fine with me.

sorry to resurrect the posts but wondered if anyone has worked out how to firmware update from Uhome app or has the latest update. I have the canbus to do it.

The firmware I had on the memory stick is now over 2 years old, however it did work for me and a number of others getting old batteries working with new. I think Ian Atkin has the kit and instructions. He should be able to send you the kit I had (I don't need it back as I don't have uhomes anymore). Ian

thanks but I have the same kit and firmware from about two years ago. Got a new battery yesterday and the firmware is newer so wondered if anyone had anything newer

on another issue my batteries seem to be cooking each other by being so close together. Does anyone know where or has anyone got any spare battery to battery power leads that are longer than the ones sent? The terminals are the small ones.

Sadly no long cables, I do have 3 pairs of the shorter battery to battery power cables (the larger amphenol connectors), can happily send if anyone needs them.
