My system with with 4 Uhome LPF 2400 is located in a cool garage, approximately 6 degrees Celsius at the moment.
Coming in around 33 watts, equating to 0.8 kWh per day or approximately 10% of my system capacity.
So apparently Aoboet are currently developing a new app for battery monitoring of the Uhome packs. The local agent has told me that the app (Android / iOS) is going through checks before being released / available for end users.
Let's see if I eventually get the account details for the new app to check the battery health. If not I'll be resetting and putting them online myself and trying to avoid any more fruitless dialogues!
The default WiFi on my batteries have USR prefixes rather than ESP so I'm wondering if they are an older hardware/firmware not compatible with the new app.MG4 Trophy, Zappi 2 charger

Either way Infinity Innovations should be capable of sorting whatever is needed to enable use of the updated app.
Although my batteries have ESR prefixes they were originally listed on the older Aoboet app if you went in via one of Infinity's default logins, then when everyone was talking about the new Uhome app I gave it a whirl to do the registration process and was able to add them to the new app - if that hadn't worked I would have been definitely pestering via my original installer to get it sorted by Infinity for the new app as they are sold with upgrade capabilities....
By the way, originally on the old Aoboet app I was never able to personally register my batteries, they seemed to already have been registered but I'd never been given login details, hence why I ended up using the default Infinity login I'd found on this very forum.0 -

Sorry no, come to think it, when reset my batteries just appear broadcasting their own barcode number as the wifi id - no prefix just a long alphanumeric number0

From what I've seen in one of Jake's Infinity videos, they have a device that does the firmware update, it looks like it's via a cable not the WiFi...

My route into this was I raised an issue with infinity saying that the warranty would be invalidated if no wifi capability. If you are getting no joy with your installer, use support@infinityinnovations.co.uk (youll get an email back saying the email address is only for installers and if you are not an installer you wont get a reply). Phil (tech guy) at infinity has been good once I got them to do anything. My installer was Biggreenbeard, so I also copied them in on the first email (BGG are now business only). This is what they send you. The update process is not intuitive, especially if you dont have great IT knowledge, you'll need to speak to them as info on what to do is next to nothing.
I'll post this on lux ACS3600 as well.6kwp solar (23x265w sharp) south facing, Solaredge 6kw inverter installed Dec 2016. 2xLux 3.6kw ACS paralleled with 10x Easyway UNIV5200's 5.2kWh- installed March 2025. 1xLux 3.6kw hybrid with 3.15kwp solar south/south-west with 5x Easyway UNIV5200's installed March 2025. That doesn't look shady at all 🙂 I'm fine with IT stuff but I'm not sure the risk of a dodgy firmware update is worth it just to be able to use the UHome app and get better battery stats visibility.
I have a different installer to you, maybe I'll ask them sometime but I can't see them being keen about sending out a USB-CAN dongle when the batteries (mostly usually) work fine.MG4 Trophy, Zappi 2 charger

Ian you may have seen my post on the lux forum, all my batteries updated to latest firmware for my age of battery (first iteration, think there are 3). v1.2.2.6. infinity have said my age of battery wont connect to the new uhome app. The only way to see them in the new app would be to have a newer battery as the master, you can then connect the newer battery to the uhome app and be able to see the rest of the stack. I haven't got a clue what the "improvements" are between the firmware versions!6kwp solar (23x265w sharp) south facing, Solaredge 6kw inverter installed Dec 2016. 2xLux 3.6kw ACS paralleled with 10x Easyway UNIV5200's 5.2kWh- installed March 2025. 1xLux 3.6kw hybrid with 3.15kwp solar south/south-west with 5x Easyway UNIV5200's installed March 2025.
