OSX - consolidating contacts

Hey all, wonder if anyone can offer some advice?
Due to the wonderful way apple contacts book works it pulls together contact information from multiple sources. Mine seems currently to have peoples details from my business google account, personal google account, i cloud account as well as many other listed as 'Found in mail'.
Issue is that I'll be moving jobs in a few weeks so the business gmail will be closed. With 23 years of business contacts in there I can't afford to loose all this. Current employer is OK for me to take business contacts with me.
So how can I export everything that will become inaccessible and merge ideally with personal google account. Want to avoid losses but also multiple duplicates!
Many thanks.

Hey BlobCore,
I also had to merge contacts on my Gmail account with another Gmail account a while back, and I just followed the instructions on Google's Contact Help page.
If your business Gmail account is going to be closing, you'll want to export your contacts from there and import them into your personal Gmail account. Here is a guide on exporting contacts from Gmail: https://support.google.com/contacts/answer/7199294?hl=en-GB&ref_topic=9160153
Once you've exported the contacts, you'll need to import them into your personal Gmail account. See guide here: https://support.google.com/contacts/answer/1069522?hl=en-GB&ref_topic=9160153#zippy=,from-a-file
Then, you'll want to merge any duplicate contacts. See guide here: https://support.google.com/contacts/answer/7078226?hl=en-GB&ref_topic=9160153
Hope that helps.0
