    No nothing comes  in or out For my flat I rent out, (that’s finishing soon I’ve had enough of renting my daughter will get the flat )

    the guy I spoke to on Friday could not see any business transactions either I told him there isn’t any which there is not
    he said he had to fill a online form out and I may get a phone call or email

    I will chase them up this week 

    I think a computer has picked some think  up

    The computer may have picked something up. I can see the bank running computer programs on historical transactions.

    These may pick up "unusual" activity and may very well be looking at old transactions. The programming may not include instructions to ignore one-off items.

    Then again I am only speculating. I hope you do get this sorted favourably in the very near future.

    A CS rep or even complaint handler over the phone will not be able to do much as it'll have to be escalated to a higher team.

    As suggested already fill in a complaint and wait for their response.
