No nothing comes in or out For my flat I rent out, (that’s finishing soon I’ve had enough of renting my daughter will get the flat )
the guy I spoke to on Friday could not see any business transactions either I told him there isn’t any which there is not
he said he had to fill a online form out and I may get a phone call or email
I will chase them up this week
I think a computer has picked some think up2 -
The computer may have picked something up. I can see the bank running computer programs on historical transactions.garyelder said:No nothing comes in or out For my flat I rent out, (that’s finishing soon I’ve had enough of renting my daughter will get the flat )

These may pick up "unusual" activity and may very well be looking at old transactions. The programming may not include instructions to ignore one-off items.

From NatWest current account terms and conditions. We will explain our reasons for closing your account unless there’s a legal or security reason which means we can’t provide an explanation. There will, however, be situations where it may not be appropriate or permissible for us to engage with you to explain our reasoning.
NatWest owe you a better explanation than "you were using your personal account as a business account "

A CS rep or even complaint handler over the phone will not be able to do much as it'll have to be escalated to a higher team.
As suggested already fill in a complaint and wait for their response.
