Youtube free full lenght movies with adverts

Hi
At times I watch quiet a bit of youtube on our telly, EG places i want to visit, car crashes, documentaries - all with adverts and all great HD or near that

Then I've noted many films, many HD quallity with adverts come only a year old and millions of views, are these legal to watch as I;m confused

You do get block busters, nwer ones and straight away you can tell by the quality of picture and or sound its not legal and I dont watch

We have sky movies/now tv, amazon prime and severl apps - but youtube is a great addinal source just want to be sure as the movies I refer to are times russian, indian and usa/uk and some eu ones all clear as the best of them and sound is great and some have many adverts dome have a couple

thanks

  • Almost certainly ok to watch, YouTube is fairly tight with copyright infringements. The adverts generate revenue to pay royalties for the movies.

    Good morning
    Thank you.

However, would you agree with me that newer fils EG Death Wish, great pic quality but sound awful and if pic/sound or both awful and pic is deemed a block buster etc and recnet then it is not legal?

    Thanks

The legality of stuff on YouTube isn't your problem.  Its YouTube's.

What people tend to upload if they really want it to stay on YouTube to bypass the filters/checks is butcher the source.  The easiest solution tends to be to mirror the image or put some moving images around on the picture and/or distort/dip/butcher the sound.  You probably won't get into any trouble watching this yourself.

There are many short films on YouTube/Vimeo and others in decent quality as you'd expect for a professional film.  YouTube gave rise to the "home professional", people who make their own films/documentaries/series/whatever to a very good standard which wouldn't look out of place on the telly.

After a little Googling I recently learned about SmartTube.

Goodbye YouTube ads on the TV.

If you use Brave browser then you can even skip the ads :)
Happiness is buying an item and then not checking its price after a month to discover it was reduced further.

    hi
thanks - i watch it on our new 65" oled tv, lol as you get much more enjoyment so though it has full net access like the last one it will be cumbersome. However, i may try on the lappy
    Thanks
