Hey folks,
A few months ago I entered into a DAS and I am finding it really tight especially with the recent cost of living etc. In the income and expenditure, they left out my Gas and Electricity expense meaning the DAS was £229 higher than expected ; I have requested a variation of the DAS as I am struggling to pay the £595 monthly (this should make me debt free in about 5 years) however the variation would take around 10 and a half years to pay off in full.

I've again been looking into what further options there might be for me to try and get out of what feels like a sinking spiralling mess and the option of a Trust Deed has came up. I don't own my home and my car has been valued at £6000 so I have been advised that the trust deed would likely be around 5 years but at a lower monthly payment compared to the DAS.

Just looking for some insight from anyone, would really appreciate it!
Currently in a Protected Trust Deed - 23 payments until DEBT FREE - February 2027
