Dart Charge - Disabled Vehicle Tax

Hello,
My vehicle tax as changed to Disabled and Dart Charge is not payable for this class type. We informed Dart Charge and have received a new V5 from DVLA but Dart Charge are failing to update their records.
I spoke to Dart Charge several times but they are insisting they are waiting for DVLA to inform them.
Having spoken to DVLA they categorically stated that it is not their responsibility to inform third parties/other organisations, but it is up to them (third parties/other organisations) to check the records they hold match the DVLA and are accurate.
I told Dart Charge the above and that according to the ICO they must correct any inaccurate personal data without undue delay but this is falling on deaf ears. In the meantime they said I will have to pay or incur a penalty for failing to pay.

What else can I do?
Thank you

I had the same issue in January 2017, I informed them and asked what to do, back then it was dart charge and not gov.uk.
They said I needed to pay,
I said I would use the crossing and see them in court for the fines.
Wheel the disabled person in with the log book and date of change.
Was looking forward to showing them up in court.
Two days later I got an email confirming exception.Try this, select make one of payment.

A box comes up with, my vehicle is exempt.

Thanks I tried that, but I don't get the box with 'my vehicle is exempt' - but it says Class B.Bigwheels1111 said:I had the same issue in January 2017, I informed them and asked what to do, back then it was dart charge and not gov.uk.

But I applied for Road Tax exemption (on Enhanced Mobility PIP) so from January my Road Tax was issued by the DVLA free of charge and I received my V5 with new Tax as Disabled.
So not sure why is still showing as Class B.0 -
To charge you, if you use the crossing and did not pay they would contact DVLA for your address.lostmyname said:

Then shoot them self in the foot as would come back as a disabled vehicle.
Thus making them update the records.
I was prepared to go to court, most are not.1
