Yodel say they left an ebay item "in a safe place - porch" at my property. Seller rubbed his hands of it and its a vintage item anyway, so not replaceable. Ebay "buyer protection " relied on Yodels tracking and closed the request unless Yodel will agree it wasn't delivered. I'm irritated because... We were in and received…

Yes I guess you are right. There probably is the small claims court option there for the expensive stuff.

I've not had the Yodel reply yet. The one attaching the photo (the photo which they say they sent on 2nd Jan......but didn't...it was a standard email)
