I was just going to post something like this, mine has been playing up since about 4pm...

Only just noticed this when checking my batteries and discharging to house loads
so working but the iPhone app states no online inverters for my solax x1 boost (PV) and solax X1AC for battery system 
have reinstalled app but no joy, the WiFi dongle is showing a solid Green led to show it is connected and checked Local connection and shows inverter working.

looks like waiting for the solax cloud server to reboot and come back online.

I have just bought a house with a solax inverter & battery, but am having difficulty viewing the app. most of the time it just shows no data, and sometimes when it is working I'll be looking at the data and I think it must have a lag on it as it will show 3kw being drawn to the house 5 mins after putting the kettle on, or sometimes it'll show peak generation just as a cloud comes over, so when trying to refresh the data to see if it will update it will just go off.
when it's off, if I go to devices the Dongle shows as connected to the WiFi, I'm sure it has a good signal it's right above a mesh node, when it's connected I see that inverter shows under the devices tab too.
is this normal behaviour for the app or do I have a problem?

Sounds normal.

Standard refresh interval for the app is 5 minutes. Same for most other brands of inverter.

Newer dongles (past ~18 months) can be set to 5 second refresh, but it's not on by default even for them.

With mesh nodes, this is probably one of the worst things to have.
These are only really happy on 2.4ghz, and I suspect the mesh is almost certainly on 5ghz.

Not true, my app GE defaults to 10 secs, and my mesh and indeed all should work on 2.4Ghz. (I have a lot of 2.4Ghz kit)

the Mesh nodes are actually set to 2.4Ghz temporarily as I set up some smart devices which are taking a while to figure out, so it can't be that.
I've just ran an ethernet cable into the loft for another thing, inverter is only 5m away would hardwiring it with an Ethernet cable help?

other than the connectivity dropping in and out, even when it's connected the numbers just make no sense to me.  heres a snapshot of what it says right now,

apparently consumed 609 MEGA watt hours of power, generated 1760Kwh from the PV, and even more bizarrely I've imported a further 10MEGA watt hours to make the total nearly 610 MEGA watt hours of power imported???
I've been in touch with the original installer company to sort the transfer of ownership , I'm not sure but can I contact them for support about this?
