Solax Cloud WI-Fi APP

For some reason my Solax Wi-Fi APP is acting very strangely, I am unable to access my setting using my iPhone X, plus it keeps occasionally  losing my device site, I have deleted and installed the APP, removed it from my hub and reinstalled. The dongle is green and working fine.

However I can easily access the site using my Windows laptop, but obviously cannot access my settings.

Mine is ok for the settings but the data is incomplete.  I'm also finding the website very slow and doesn't always load up properly.  I wonder if they have some technical issue at their end?

Mine has improved this evening bit still a bit hit and miss

Glad Solax allows local data access so I don't have to bother with their rubbish app.

Mines been OK it did go a bit glitchy for a few days. I dont mind the app, but how do you access the data locally?

A combination of a Raspberry Pi Zero and Home Assistant.

I use an automation in Home Assistant to then push the data to pvoutput.org

I mean, you only have to do it once then it's done, better than wondering if the Chinese servers are going to record your data each day.
