CST law

Hi
I’ve received a letter from CST law saying I have an unpaid debt of £170. I have no correspondence from anyone regarding this. I’ve tried to call them and was kept on the phone for over 30 mins, with no reply, to see if the could possibly give me some more information or at least some evidence. Do I need to pay them or is it just a scam.

Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Why do people think they should phone scam private parking firms, their debt crawlers and roboclaim solicitors? These aren't people to have a chat with!PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
