Geo "Trio II TouchButton" smart meter monitor

This is a shout-out to anyone who has a Trio II monitor with the wifi module fitted. I have a very odd problem which Geo can't seem to resolve: my Geo app (which I use to check my consumption) does not show the gas history! That's to say, it shows the graphics for previous days, but not the kWh or £, whereas my electricity history works perfectly by showing the graphics including the consumption in kWh and £. What I'd like to know is: does anyone else have this problem? Geo swear I'm the only user with this issue, and they tell me my Trio is working fine. So I'm at a loss as to what to do.
