British gas boiler installation damage
Comments
-
This seems so ridiculous, I'm not a plumber my son is gas registered and I have help him odd times to lift boilers in so I know a bit about it
It seem to me an idiot fitted your boiler and I would check to see if he is Gas safe registered0 -
Thanks for all the replies, after a bit more complaining, they payment went up to £150, which I suppose is fair. We are paying a local carpenter to box the boiler in so that none of the damage will be visible.
I just feel British Gas could have handled the whole situation better than they did, but there you go.4
