I Hope someone can help,I am in the process of trying to get a certificate of confirmation, I have received a letter back from the sheriff Court, stating  please include in your covering letter how many certificates you require, im just needing help with what to put in this cover letter

You need to state which financial institutions require certificates as each certificate is specific to each institution. The certificate has whatever you put on the inventory for that account (basically a photocopy of the bank account and details) along with official stamp etc. 
you could state I require certificates for items 1,2 and 3 as per the inventory. You do not require certificates for anything you didn’t require confirmation for even though it’s on the form.
