Facts about the event, the bullying PPC and how you feel as if you were telling your mum.Well, as it happens I do have access to a TV production company - unfortunately I'm a bit time poor at the moment and they are horribly unreliable. But, never say never - my son (the Defendant) now works for their sister company after I sacked* one of the directors and took him in for a work trial. 4 months on and incoming investors want to keep him.* Persuaded the other directors and shareholders to get rid of - and they asked me to be the actual messenger.

Input from everyone is important but I am just one man and for a video to go viral it needs everyone
Your moan is about McD's but it is the whole scam that matters
I have already prepared a video (very damming) but am waiting for the next consulation before release

I’ve done mine for the one involving my sister, resulting in a ccj and a loss of mortgage in principle because of it.I also have another story for issues I have at my own property parking space- receiving fines when someone else is Parked in my space /obstructing it. My landlord are dragging their feet to get it resolved(even though they have agreed to in writing) should I write about this story too? It feels laughable that I’ve had so many issues about parking charges I’ve dealt with.2

Will the BBC look at this?
https://find-and-update.company-information.service.gov.uk/company/05104383/filing-history
If you go to page 26 (page 29 of the pdf) of their latest accounts, they claimed £475,666 in R&D tax credits which actually meant instead of paying tax they received money from HMRC.
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/corporation-tax-research-and-development-rd-relief
What R&D projects is a company like UKPC doing? A project they spent nearly £500k on?
I think HMRC should look into this and the BBC could raise this as an interesting point.

I hear it's easy to report concerns to HMRC.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD0 -
Why would a parking company like UKPC claim money for Research & Development relief ? Are all parking companies doing this ?
Certainly HMRC should investigate. Bear in mind that government already has egg on their faces over the PP fraud.
One man who could well be of help is Paul Brand of ITV

And to quote from the Daily Mirror article ....
"The British Parking Association, whose members include UKPC, said: “If [hospital] parking was free, the maintenance costs would have to come directly from healthcare budgets.”
I do wish the BPA would stop talking utter rubbish. At least show us the parking companies who pay for the maintenance let alone maintain them ??
UKPC for example cannot even have readable signs ?0 -

Therefore, the hospital does have money direct from parking to pay for car park maintenance.
On this point, I think the BPA are right.1
