New patio - Porcelain but 'rustic'

Interesting, the theory goes that you don't need to/shouldn't pressure wash porcelain, just mop it essentially, as odd as that sounds.

No doubt ours will get muddy with a 5 year old and (give her time!) a 6 month old.

have porcelain, and dark porcelain too - looks great when clean but anyone walks on the grass then walks on the porcelain, leaves muddy footprints everywhere, it hoses off but still have to clean it fairly regularly 

doesn't stain though

Have a look at the Zelve from Topps, they look the same but are about half the price.

We have a porcelain patio installed last year, I absolutely love it. Its not slippy at all, and im often barefoot out there. We have this one, which is pale grey with beige ‘waves’ through it. Nice, that's cool. I think the light colours and dark grout are the vibe we need to avoid. Cheers for the link - that's only 25 mins away, we will have to take a look

They are fabulous in there, we only went in to look and ended up getting the garden landscaped. They have a big choice in there, and they are all suitable for outdoor use, which a lot of the porcelain tiles we looked at arent.
