We are thankfully not struggling but do worry. Sadly, many on non-prepay meters are too struggling and don't have heating on, going without food for self to feed kids, I just hope BG helps them as well.

Customers on SMART meters may receive credit remotely, but for anyone on non-smart meters it will need to be a physical voucher. Hope there is more clarification on this sooner rather than later.

Also the primary point should be that the state should adequately provide from those unable to look after themselves and these kind of sticking plasters reduce pressure on the government to improve things. Those of us who can support ourselves should, those who cannot should be supported by the state, funded from adequate taxation.
