Tax on an inherited SIPP

I have a query about my late Dads SIPP.
He passed away after 75. So I understand tax is paid at beneficiaries marginal rate.
However, one beneficiary lives and is tax resident of the US. They pay no tax in the U.K.
Does anyone know if the SIPP is taxable in the US?

Probably best for the beneficiary concerned to make enquiries of the Internal Revenue Service as she's a tax resident of the US.Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

Might be worth posting this over on the saving tax board where the tax experts hang out.0
