I went to order my dogs food last night and found there'd been a price rise from £31 to £37! Today I called them and, like everywhere else, the ingredient costs have risen. This is quite a price hike! They looked into my account, tweaked the recipe whilst still providing the nourishment that my dog needs, reduced the price to £27 a bag and, for my loyalty, have given me 20% off of my next two deliveries......plus I order via Topcashback, which, at the moment, gives £7.35 back. Had I have purchased before Monday, it would have been £15 cashback. (They seem to alternate between these two amounts). Make a call to Tails to see whether it's viable for them to tweak the recipe 😃

Well done for making the effort to query it. I would have probably just changed food
My two dogs are on different diets and the one I buy online on a subscription service via Amazon hasn't really gone up at all in the last year thankfully. The one I buy in-store has gone up by nearly 40% in the same time period. You've inspired me to see if I can get it cheaper from another route!1
