Interest tax certificate in late husband's name

Calling on the knowledge on the board....
I am completing what should be a very simple self assessment. Some freelance income and a little bank interest (total under personal allowance)
One of my husband's pension providers made payment to me during the 21/22 tax year including net late payment interest and provided a tax certificate showing gross, tax and net however this was issued in his name (14 months after he passed away)
The tax is not huge (£180) but not sure how/if I deal with this in my self assessment. Payment made to me but certificate in his name.
For the amount I am guessing it is not worth engaging an accountant but it would be nice not to just 'lose' it

You're perhaps cutting it a bit fine but will the pension provider reissue the certificate in the correct name (and update HMRC), given it was their error?

Was the payment due to you, personally or was it  a payment to your late husband's estate which was sent to you as executor  of the estate

thanks both - I have called the pension provider to query and they confirmed that although payment came to me the tax is an estate issue.
The wording on the cover letter was confusing. Letter was addressed to me and said "to comply with HMRC, tax has been deducted from the interest paid at standard rate. If you complete a Tax Return, the receipt of this income must be shown on the Return and attached certificate presented with it"
Ended up calling HMRC and was put through to specialist who confirmed part of estate which doesn't have a personal allowance so tax is correct and I don't need to do anything about it on my self assessment
