Lost BBC1 on Freesat channel 101

We have Freesat. We've always watch BBC 1 on channel 101 (SD), suddenly during the day, when we changed channel to 101, the screen was black and within seconds a notice said to view BBC 1 HD via 106.
What have I done wrong?. We turned the power off for a while, then on, but it made no difference.

Nothing you have done wrong, have you been able to watch it on 106? I believe that Aunty Beeb are changing their freesat channels to HD and ergo then you may need to re-tune your box 106 always showed me London News(not East for me) but I think that may now change so Regional channels are well regional . I will check mine when I get home

I forgot to say that as we're in the Weymouth area we have always entered a postcode of Plymouth for example because we favour south/West regional news. Otherwise we get south/east. Oh, what dies ergo mean please.0

Funnily enough, we had started watching BBC1 on 106 and that pink page came up. See if you can see bbc south west on 962, it may just have been a glitch
