Hi All,
I have been trying to cancel my Data subscription on myheritage multiple times last week but it kept going to a page not found screen. The payment has still been taken of £130 am I in the right to request a refund on this? As I have made the effort to cancel it before the due date.

There's nothing stopping you from requesting a refund but they're not obliged to issue one if you haven't cancelled your subscription yet, regardless of any difficulties you may have experienced while trying to do so - have you tried other methods of contacting them?0

It's a tricky one - unless you cancelled it, they're within their rights to continue charging for the subscription.Are you sure you're using the right address? Have you tried using a different device/browser? Have you cleared your cache/cookies? Have you tried phoning them up?0

How did you first subscribed? was it app or non app? same to how you went to cancel?
