EVRI collection service

I’m disabled so I use the EVRI collection service which is an extra £1 per parcel.
Over the last month or so they’ve failed to collect on four occasions, sometimes it’s more than one parcel per collection. They usually collect the next day but once, after three days, I asked my neighbour to take them to their collection point at a local supermarket.
I know it’s not a large amount but to me it’s the principal as I’m being charged for a service I’m not receiving.

I Don’t know where to go to get a refund on these amounts, the online automated help gives no help for standard queries.

The only way to contact customer service is to email the Chief Executive. I'll send you a message.

Royal Mail also offer free collection too if that's something you could use.
Thrifty Till 50 Then Spend Till the End
You can please some of the people some of the time, all of the people some of the time, some of the people all of the time but you can never please all of the people all of the time1 -
Use another service. Don't bother with Evri. As mentioned above, Royal Mail also offer collection for both Tracked 24 and 48, at no extra charge!1

Evri featured on Rip-Off Britain today, seems they’re still having issues. As others have said, go elsewhere and if these are parcels to customers, pass any extra on to them.1
