I ordered an item from QVC for the first time and received a message a couple of days later saying it was out for delivery and another saying that it had been delivered. There was a photograph of the item which had been left outside, even though I was in. I didn't recognise the place it had been left and rang QVC to ask about it. I was told it had been left at a house down the street and  to go and pick it up. I couldn't believe what I was hearing. I asked why it had not been delivered to the address on the order and QVC said that they didn't know. I asked for my money back and after insisting they said it would be refunded within 7 days, which I hope i get back.

It's the first and last time I will be ordering from QVC.
