    So they have cancelled 'the charge'.  Is that the only one, I can't recall?

    And they have removed this bay from any patrols (good).  That's a start...

    Please note that we will no longer patrol this residents bay so a permit will not be needed. Should someone else park in this space then we will not be involved in this and will not issue any tickets to them.

    Yes, just as I expected.

    I can see a car being parked in your bay by an employee of PCM and being left there for several days.   ;)

    I was going to say the same!

    So, the OP could reply, either formally banning any PCM employee, agent or self-ticketer from ever parking in your bay, or telling them you will charge PCM £100 per day if their employees stop or leave a vehicle in that bay and you reserve the right to use a phone to film and record their employees/agents or self-ticketers and their vehicles on the estate for the purposes of evidence, should they ever be suspected of interfering with your right to peaceful enjoyment.
