SSE to OVO, double direct payment?
Has anyone else been transferred from SSE to OVO (without their consent in the manner) and has since been double charged both companies at once with the direct debit payment for Jan?
this double payment not reflected in my online account balance and the ovo chat support suggests its 'fine' but it really feels like been double charged without it being accounted for
and on top of that the gov £400 support payment has gone missing in the transfer too, which usually came in this time too

I was moved from SSE to OVO
Good luck dealing with OVO
They don't listen
They take no notice of anything you say.
Be prepared for your DD to increase significantly
I am walking next month1 -

The Ovo bill might hide the £67 payment in a different way than the SSE bill, No supplier was prepared for this and they all tweak their bills differently to cater for it, and they all do it very badly and hard to understand.Hydromel said:

Not all, having moved to GEUK from OVO they just deduct the £66 or 67 from the bill, couldn't be easier & more straightforward on variable DD .pochase said:
