Confused with this situation

I've got comprehensive insurance with Hastings direct and since 11th Dec with car is being held at a storage location.

I've given them and the storage facility both details since mid December. 

1) The storage facility keeps phoning me and says enterprise rang me and I have to pay for fully comp. But last time I rang them was a month ago and they said they can't repair.

Why do I pay?

2) Then the insurance say would I like to pay the storage costs myself or with the insurance policy and I said the insurance policy.

3) Hooper's emailed for an inspection.

On the day I phoned my insurance gave them my location of the accident and stated they'd pick up the vehicle however nothing came up up it. The Police had to come and sort it out.

They said go through this with the insurance and it really seemed liked my insurance messed me about what they said 

And my insurance put the phone down on me now after conversing with the storage recovery pick up facility.

I don't know what to do and I don't wish to pay the fee and daily costs. I don't think my car is repairable and maybe cancel repair?
