Investing in art

I have been thinking of dipping my toes into buying artwork as a way of diversifying my investments. A long way off yet from actually buying yet still doing research. Anyone on here invested and care to share their thoughts or tips etc.

Being a parent of two primary school children we’re also heavily invested in “art”. We often hold investor events (every Friday come to think of it) in order to offload some of the more …. niche pieces to other collectors.
