Possible Redundancy..... A few Questions

Hello all,
Appreciate any help
The company I work for is extremely likely to close in the next few months- possibly end of March
There is a very real chance that they will not be able to pay salary pay as things stand - never been through this situation before
If this is the case and we are made redundant I would advice on the following:
- If the company does not have the money to pay redundancy is there a Government process to claim it and how long does this normally take?
- Do any carried over/due holiday and lieu day payments need to be paid as part of this?
I am in the process of looking for new work and have an interview next week for a very good role but just wanted to know where I stand if the worst happens
Appreciate any help
