Addressing rust in Bathroom Cabinet

Looking to see what's the best products to address the rust in the cabinet rather than replace it. Thanks.

It's not a simple job. You have to
- remove all removable parts
- remove all rust with sandpaper (and a scraper if needed)
- treat the affected areas with chemical rust remover/convertor
- wash and dry
- paint with with primer
- paint with 2-3 layers of spray paint
E.g.
Replacing can be simpler.
