118118Money Credit Card Marked Closed

I've had a 118118Money credit card for well over 2 years, always paid in full on the months it's used. However, I noticed a couple of weeks ago my credit card account had been marked as closed on my Credit Karma report. Then today it has also been marked closed on my ClearScore report.

I've had no notification from 118118Money saying they are closing my account and also I'm still able to log into the account and everything appears normal. I even used the car this week and the transaction went through fine.

Anyone experienced this?

If they really are closing it then it's no great loss as it served it's purpose.

Yes I had this after not using the card for 2 months. The "closed" reported is allegedly misreported and should be reported as dormant. I spoke to 118118 and they said there was no issues, there was no closure and the card is still active, you just have to make sure you use it at least bi-monthly. I challenged this with Transunion who agreed it was misreported and changed it to dormant for the one month.

Thanks, so it seems like it should have been marked dormant with the CRA's and not closed. I'll get onto TransUnion and Equifax to get it updated.
