Money Dashboard problem

Hi, 

I downloaded Money Dashboard, apparently a personal finance app

The Problem I get when trying to log in it sends a verification code to my phone 

Actually it doesn't get there not even after several tries

I emailed them and they are investigating 

Any ideas please

Have you checked the obvious, that you entered you mobile number correctly, and that other text messages are received okay?

I always make sure I enter the correct number and email

I tried on Chrome and Safari too

So i deleted the app and downloaded new one

Used different email and double checked my phone number

Still the same problem

Turn off phone, take out sim.
Start phone, turn it off and put sim back.
Start it up again and see if it helps.
My phone stopped getting texts, would not send either.
Did this and was fine.

Which version of Money Dashboard? There is Classic and Neo which have different apps. Classic for me is the better one and has a website you can use as well so if you are using that one then try my.moneydashboard.com.

I enrolled for twitter and they sent a verification text and I received it
