Facebook page is full of people still waiting on orders from as far back as October, communication is non existent, orders are taken but not sent out. Assume company cannot cope with the volume of orders and are burying their heads in the sand.  Can't even blame couriers as most orders never get as far as leaving the warehouse.
Ended up having to file with Paypal for a refund after all communications were ignored.

Trustpilot reads like a horror story as well.

Surprising given their products are in most of the major high street stores.

I thought most of us were the target audience for cleaning products personally.  And off the high street they are also in Ocado, Amazon etc.

Just to point out that MSE rules state:

    Active boycotting

We appreciate emotions can run high should you experience poor service from companies, but we cannot accept active calls to boycott organisations as we are unable to verify the service you received.

    Maybe you want to reword.

FTR - I have not reported this thread and don't intend to do so.

They are on the shelves of budget shops like Home Bargains and B&M.
    And Aldi and Wilko.

    Cleaning/disinfectant products.
Not fashion - which was my first thought when I read this thread.

For those who haven’t heard of this brand it was very popular and became almost  cult like during lockdown due to their pricing. Started with perfumed disinfectant rather like Zoflora and then spread into cleaners, laundry detergent, washing up liquid etc. there are entire websites dedicated to showing off your FaBulosa stock. I suspect their model of free delivery on. Orders over £16 , plus already budget priced items has resulted in a serious backlog.

Delivery was always hit and miss, sometimes it arrived in 2 days sometimes 2 weeks and there was never a pattern for the delays, but people tended to accept it especially as at first they sent a lot of free products with each other.

I haven’t ordered for well over a year so can’t comment on their current delivery issues, but the web site is here

Not even budget anymore, they have found their way into Ocado, Morrisons etc.

@soolin I tend to have a stock cupboard and bulk buy, usually from costco, but thought I'd stock up on the degreaser as it's actually rather good.  Added that and a few other bits to try.

Zero communication from them at all.  Those who are getting orders are seemingly receiving them either incomplete or damaged.
    Not worth the hassle really.
