Card Controls in the Virgin M Plus Current Account App.

I have a Virgin M Plus Account and use the app. I can't seem to find the 'card controls' section where the card can be frozen, blocked from being used online / ATM etc. The 'Manage Your Card' section only covers reporting a card lost or stolen, repalcing a damaged card and transaction alerts. Is this the extent of the card controls or am I looking in the wrong place?

You’re not looking in the wrong place; Virgin’s capabilities are simply lacklustre.2

Thanks for the reply.I thought I must be looking in the right place but saying as most other providers' apps have the card controls as mentioned above, I thought Virgin must have that functionality, just not where I was looking! Got to say, I'm surprised that the Virgin app doesn't have card controls which are pretty much basic functionlaity these days......1

They’re not the worst though. Co-op Bank doesn’t have any card controls at all… gotta phone them up if something happens.0

Sorry to jump on your thread, but is there a way to see the interest rates for each account in the Virgin app?#660

IIRC, you can see the interest rate in online banking only.Pretty terrible app design……1
