I'm self employed and claimed UC for a number of months during the 21/22 tax year as well as receiving a couple of SEISS grants, when filling in my yearly self assessment tax return do i declare the UC anywhere? is it classed as income? I know there's a place to declare the SEISS grants but unsure to include UC somewhere as i can't see any place that asks for it, thanks in advance much appreciated.

UC is not taxable and can be ignored. You don’t declare it.Information I post is for England unless otherwise stated. Some rules may be different in other parts of UK.2
