I've appealed online now. I just stated what Grizebeck advised me to say

Stating that the Parking Operator does not have a contract in its own name to issue PCNs at this site. So, they have no standing to issue any charges.

Fingers crossed hope this works

I've not heard back from SMART yet ? How long does this normally take ?

@Aldo22 how did you get on with your smart popla appeal? I'm currently in a very similar situation with smart and curious as to whether you were successful or not?

@Grizebeck is this as simple as just stating the two lines you mentioned above in your popla appeal? Is there anything additional I need to add or does this need to be mentioned at a specific point?
About to start filling out the popla appeal form and don't want to mess it up, as I already have done stating I was the driver 🙃

Any advice would be greatly appreciated, thank you 🙏
