clearpay buyer protection

Hi, I'm struggling to find any info on clearpay buyer protection policy (if there is any).  I placed an order on a website at the start on December and still haven't received the goods. I've messaged the merchant via their website on several occasions for an update, and via the email address provided on the clearpay website and not had a single response. I've raised a dispute via clearpay over a week ago and had no response to that either. Theres one more instalment to go on the 20th.  Can I get a refund from Clearpay, or have I been scammed and they wont do a thing about it?
