Sorry,I know I posted a similar question recently, but Im getting nowhere fast ! I phoned the PIP enquiry line and after 80 minutes on hold I got to speak to a person. My question was;"If I apply for PIP online,is the form identical to the paper form that is sent out ? Their reply was "Ehhhh,I think so,I dont have a copy I can look at,but errr Im sure it will be the same".Searching around the net I have found a few people who have applied online and they say the questions are worded differently and biased towards not giving you the points that you would expect to get on the paper form.Has anyone applied online and what did they find with the descriptor questions ? many thanks.

I've not seen the on-line form but will give a link below and it leads to a PDF of the Offline PIP2 form (I believe is the current one)
You could then compare them to see if there is any difference.

The current paper form is not available online as far as I can see and I’m sure anything online will differ from the link you posted.HillStreetBlues said:I've not seen the on-line form but will give a link below and it leads to a PDF of the Offline PIP2 form (I believe is the current one)

Do you have the paper PIP2 form? That's the descriptors you're referring to above and the form does word it differently. That link above is the 2018 version but the most recent version available as a sample online is here, dated Jan 2021.

Thanks for the correction, I shouldn't have expected a Government website to be more up to date than a 3rd party one.poppy12345 said:That link above is the 2018 version but the most recent version available as a sample online is here, dated Jan 2021.

Hi
I completed an online PIP but did not see to download form. I will likely do a MR but need a copy of the form. I have asked them and this can take up to 10 days. You then have to send a MR by post so all of this can take me over the time scales. Any advice please? They say they cannot send me a copy via my email.0 -
For now I'd assume you will have time (unless of course it clearly is going to run out like next week)... do whatever you can to construct MR material while waiting. If you are then facing a problem of getting MR request to them before running out of time, call them and lodge the MR saying you disagree with the decision and are challenging it and will be supplying paperwork in coming days (insist they note on file that you will be supplying MR paperwork). I'm hoping others would be able to verify this as best advice.Heather2812 said:Hi

You can ask for an MR after the month deadline but you'd need reason.
