Hi
I moved into a 1st floor flat just a year ago for over 55, run by firstport. My neighbor has a stairlift which she says she pays £50.00 a month, which seems a lot to me.
I have a buyer for my flat, which he says will need to use stairlift and is happy to pay her half towards it.

This afternoon she knocked on my door saying she will need to consult her family on whether she should share it.
Surely she cannot do this, as she does not own the stairs. 😢
