When you proceed with the transaction, Wise will give you the options of card payment or bank transfer. If you choose the latter they provide their Canadian bank account details to receive the CAD, to which you make a domestic transfer from any Canadian account in your name.

Are you using Wise as money transfer service only or do you have a CAD and GBP denominated accounts with them?
