Re-decorating but fearful with mould formation on the wall

We are planning to re-decorate and re-arrange furniture in my sons room but I am worried with moulds appearing on the wall.
I noticed the window condensate heavily unless I keep the window ajar a little which resolves the issue and if I put anything against that wall it will mould easily, (the wall is an outside wall).
I would like to copy the design (picture attached) but too scared that if I put a unit against it and a bed against it, the wall will be covered with mould during winter.
Any advice please?
