Anyone else had problems with NOW broadband ?Getting in touch slow and complai emails not answered .

On going problems since May with broadband speed and cutting out completely. Work to repair line outside property delayed , engineers fixing problem until the next day. Long wait for call to be answered, promised return calls nit happening and despite automatic compensation only had £10 .
Online complaint form not acknowledged and no contact since I filled in .
