I was scammed aug 22 out of £10000. I authorised the payment from my bank to my Binance account under instruction from the scammer. Whilst in my Binance they withdrew it. Long and short first direct would not do anything saying it was a me to me and not covered by the APP code. It is being investigated by Financial Ombudsman but they have also said unlikely due to being a me to me. I have read everything I can find on APP code and cannot understand why I cannot get all or some of my money. Any help on this I would be very grateful as now having to remortgage to pay my roofer what I owe him £7000 thank you
