What kind of card can I withdraw cash ,no fee?

Hello I'm looking to do up my garden...I was looking at 0 credit cards but realised I then cannot pay tradesmen as there's a fee to withdraw cash. Any ideas please?

Don’t hold it against me but I believe cash withdrawals on the Barclaycard Rewards CC are fee free providing they are paid in full when statement comes in.

Have a read of their T’s & C’s.
